Walks

A calm walk together when it feels nicer or safer not to go alone.

A walk can be a simple way to change the rhythm of the day, get fresh air, and spend time together.

This is not physical rehabilitation or a health programme. Pace, route, and duration are agreed according to the person's comfort and ability.

Who it suits

  • Someone who wants to go outside but does not want to go alone.
  • A loved one who would benefit from more living rhythm in the day.

How it works

  • We agree a convenient time and safe route.
  • We walk at a calm pace, without pressure.
  • If needed, the walk can be combined with a shop visit or another small errand.

How cooperation starts

1

We discuss whether going outside is comfortable.

2

We agree the route and duration.

3

After the visit, if you wish, you receive a short note.
